How we
started
Holistic+Kin was born from a simple truth—
Healing begins when we return to kinship.
Our founder, Rai Gethers, created this space after years of witnessing the gaps in wellness support for Black men and boys. Inspired by community, resilience, and a desire to change the narrative, Holistic+Kin was built to become a home for those seeking wholeness — without judgment, without shame.
We stand on the belief that healing is a communal act and that together, we can restore what the world tried to take.

To change the narrative of Black wholeness and well-being by providing relatable, secure, and culturally sound wellness content, resources, and providers through access, collaboration, and education.
